From Small Talk to Big Impact: The Elevé Story

I am Deekshitha Regulavalasa, one of the co-founders & the Director of Elevé Consultancy Services, and today I am taking you on a little trip down memory lane to share how our consulting dream turned into reality.

The Spark that Started It All.

It was April, and the semester was about to end. Every student was required to complete an internship, and like most students, my friends and I were uncertain about our options. One day, during one of our usual playful banters, a friend casually said, "Why don’t we just start a consulting firm?" What began as a joke turned into a full-blown idea, fuelled by our entrepreneurial mindset and passion for creating something meaningful.

Of course, it was not all smooth sailing. Our biggest challenge? Projects are getting delayed. We have learned to adapt and continue pushing forward.

Balancing Books and Boardrooms.

Running a business while being a BBA student is no joke. However, we discovered our rhythm. From optimizing workflows to squeezing tasks into weekends, early mornings, and even study breaks, we made it work. It was not easy, but the passion to build something incredible kept us going.

Each with unique skills and brilliance, it is us, the five founders, who are the soul of Elevé.

What makes Elevé Consultancy Services unique? We are the younger generation, armed with fresh perspectives and innovative thinking, united by the belief that our work does not just solve problems, it sparks change in society.

Our optimism, creativity, and support for each other through every high and low made Elevé more than just a consulting firm. It is a movement, one where we promise to make a difference with every project we take on.

Here is the flex: within a month of starting, we secured clients! I am proud of how each of us brought a unique perspective to the team, and without any external assistance, we transformed our friendships into a powerhouse collaboration. We focused on helping startups, seizing opportunities, and building something from the ground up. It has been an exciting journey.
